Rules
1. HERE'S HOW TO PLAY - Coca-Cola classic and caffeine free Coca-Cola classic:
Look for an Official Game Piece printed under caps of specially marked bottles and inserted in specially marked can multi-packs of Coca-Cola classic and caffeine free Coca-Cola classic and available via Rule #4. Not all packaging available in all markets. If your Official Game Piece includes one of the following Official Messages, you win the prize/offer specified, subject to verification.
If your message includes the words:
- "Grand Prize Trip to London" - You are eligible to claim a Grand Prize of a family trip for four to London, England.
- "Get A Movie Offer" or "You Get A $5 Movie Certificate Offer" - You are eligible to claim a $5 Movie Certificate redeemable towards the full purchase price of a movie ticket at a participating theater.
- If your message reveals "The Snitch Got Away, Keep Searching" or "CODE#" (code number) followed by a 10-digit Code - You are not eligible to claim a prize/offer.

The "Secret Peek Code number" (10-digit Code number) will allow you to view a secret peek of movie stills from the Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets movie. Log on to www.livethemagic.com starting 12:00 noon ET on 10/14/2002 through 5:00 PM ET on 2/18/2003 and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the code to view a secret peek of movie stills. Each code entered is valid for viewing one movie still selection for a 5-day period. Each code can only be used one time. Limit five (5) valid codes entered (or five (5) invalid code entry attempts) each day (12:01 AM ET - 11:59 PM ET) from same computer. Secret Peek Code number ONLY available via specially marked packages of Coca-Cola classic, caffeine free Coca-Cola classic and Rule #4.
2. HERE'S HOW TO PLAY - Minute Maid 12 oz. 100% Orange Juice and 100% Apple Juice:
Look for an Official Game Piece printed under caps of specially marked 12 oz. bottles of Minute Maid 100% Orange Juice and 100% Apple Juice and available via Rule #4. Not all packaging available in all markets. If your Official Game Piece includes one of the following Official Messages, you win the prize/offer specified, subject to verification.
If your message includes the words:
- "Grand Prize Trip to London " - You are eligible to claim a Grand Prize of a family trip for four to London, England.

3. TO CLAIM/REDEEM A PRIZE/OFFER: Mail your entire bottle cap/Official Game Piece containing the complete message along with your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code and (optional) daytime/evening telephone numbers hand-printed on 3" X 5" paper to the address shown below. Parent/legal guardian must sign 3" x 5" paper if claimant is a minor. (Bottle caps must be mailed in a CARDBOARD OR PADDED ENVELOPE ONLY with sufficient postage, DO NOT REMOVE CAP LINER). If playing via a game card, carefully perforate game card along the broken dotted line to remove the Official Game Message Half (right-hand portion) containing the complete prize/offer message. Mail the entire Official Game Message Half (right-hand portion) containing the complete Official Message in an envelope along with your 3" x 5" paper.
Mail to: Harry Potter Claims, P.O. Box 4435, Blair, NE 68009-4435 to be received by 2/18/2003. Grand Prize claims from game cards (available via Coca-Cola can packs and via Rule #4) must be mailed VIA REGISTERED MAIL ONLY; Bottle cap claims for Grand Prize and Harry Potter Chamber Lego Set prize must be mailed VIA CERTIFIED MAIL. Movie Certificate claims may be mailed via First Class mail. Limit one claim per envelope; limit one Grand Prize and one Lego Set Prize per family/household; limit three Movie Certificate offers per family/household.
4. For a free Official Game Piece and a copy of the official rules send a SASE to: Harry Potter Requests, P.O. Box 4439, Blair, NE 68009-4439 to be received by 1/17/2003. Limit one request per outer mailing envelope. Residents of the state of AL only, need not affix return postage.
5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Any unclaimed Grand Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing from among all online and mailed Second Chance entries received. To enter Second Chance Drawing:
- Log on to livethemagic.com starting 12:00 noon ET on 10/7/2002 through 5:00 PM ET on 2/18/2003, enter your date of birth and complete the on-screen entry form to be automatically entered in the Second Chance Drawing. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address per day. Children under the age of 13 as of the date of entry may only enter the Second Chance Drawing via the mail in option listed below. OR
- Hand print your complete name, address and zip code plus (optional) daytime/evening telephone numbers on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail to: Harry Potter Second Chance, P.O. Box 4441, Blair, NE 68009-4441 to be received by 2/25/2003. Limit one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced/illegible entries will be disqualified.
The odds of winning in the Second Chance Drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Grand Prizes. Random drawing, if applicable, will be conducted on or about 3/3/2003.
6. All claims subject to verification. Material submitted becomes property of The Coca-Cola Company/The Minute Maid Company ("Sponsor") and will not be returned. Any Official Game Piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, if bottle cap liner is removed, contains printing, typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately will be null and void. Only Official Game Pieces obtained via Rule #1, Rule #2 and Rule #4 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. In the event of printing/other error or irregular Official Game Piece, neither The Coca-Cola Company, The Minute Maid Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide (Americas), Coca-Cola Bottlers, participating Coca-Cola/Minute Maid retailers, Warner Bros., AOL/Time Warner, nor their respective affiliates, promotion, fulfillment and judging agencies shall have any liability. If, due to printing/production/other error, more winning Official Game Pieces are distributed, or more prizes/offers are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize/offer level per Rule #8, intended prizes/offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified claims received for that prize/offer level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the number of prizes/offers stated. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the online entry into the Second Chance Drawing if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the online portion of the Second Chance Drawing or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the online portion of the Second Chance Drawing, a notice will be posted online and all eligible online entries received prior to the time of online termination and all eligible mailed entries will be included in the Second Chance Drawing per Rule #5. In the event of a dispute or in the event a potential winner entered via Internet and a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. If Official Game Piece available via specially marked bottles of Coca-Cola classic and caffeine free Coca-Cola classic and available via Rule #4 contains a Secret Peek Code number (10-digit Code number), is blank or contains any message other than those stated in Rule #1, you are not eligible for a prize/offer. If Official Game Piece available via specially marked can multi-packs of Coca-Cola classic and caffeine free Coca-Cola classic and available via 12 oz. bottles of Minute Maid 100% Orange Juice and 100% Apple Juice includes the words "The Snitch Got Away, Keep Searching", contains any message other than those stated in Rule #1 and Rule #2 or if can multi-pack does not contain a Game Piece, you are not eligible for a prize/offer. Secret Peek Code numbers to view secret peek of movie stills online are ONLY available via specially marked packages of Coca-Cola classic, caffeine free Coca-Cola classic and Rule #4.
7. Specially marked packages of Coca-Cola products available on/about 10/14/2002 until 11/22/2002 or while supplies last. Specially marked packages of Minute Maid products available on/about 10/7/2002 until 12/15/2002 or while supplies last. Open to U.S. residents, except employees of The Coca-Cola Company, The Minute Maid Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide (Americas), Coca-Cola Bottlers, wholesalers and distributors, participating retailers, Warner Bros. and AOL/Time Warner, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within 15 days of attempted notification and travelers will be required to execute and return travel questionnaires within 15 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of any prize/offer or prize/offer notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of recipient. All travelers must depart and return on dates specified by Sponsor. Travel is subject to availability and dates of departure/return are subject to change. If a minor wins a Grand Prize, prize will be awarded in name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who must accompany minor on trip and will be counted as one of the three traveling companions. Winner's travel companions (or parent/legal guardian if companion is a minor) must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) prior to departure. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will be counted as one of the three travel companions. No transfer/substitution of prize/offer permitted. Prize/offer acceptance constitutes permission to The Coca-Cola Company, The Minute Maid Company, Warner Bros. and its agencies and participating retailers to use recipient's name/likeness for advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Coca-Cola Company, its Bottlers/wholesalers and The Minute Maid Company reserve the right to substitute prize/offer of equal/greater value. Recipients of prizes/offers assume all liability for any injury/damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use/redemption of any prize/offer. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges whose decisions are final. 8. AVAILABLE PRIZES/OFFERS, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES AND APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING/RECEIVING (EXCEPT FOR GRAND PRIZES ONLY, UNCLAIMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED): (10) Grand Prizes - A family trip for four to London, England. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home to London, England, 5-day/4-nights accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) three meals daily while in London, ground transportation to/from airport and hotel in London and to/from all scheduled events including tour of selected Harry Potter movie sites and celebration dinner plus $250 per person spending money ($15,000 per prize). Personal expenses including, but not limited to, telephone, laundry, room service and personal purchases are not included, 1 in 14,118,981. (5,015,334) -
A $5 Movie Certificate. Each certificate is redeemable towards the full purchase price of a movie ticket at a participating theater. Participating movie theaters not available in all markets. If ticket price is under $5 no cash or other refund will be made. If there is not a participating theater within 30 miles of winner's home, winner will receive a $5 check, 1 in 24. Movie Certificates must be redeemed by 6/30/2003.
