	These Message Boards reflect diverse topics of discussion. We hope that you enjoy lively discussions while adhering to the guidelines we have set forth below or in the Harry Potter Terms of Use. Although we are not responsible for the content on the Message Boards, we reserve the right to remove any posting that, in our judgment, does not meet these guidelines or the HarryPotter.com Terms of Use. If we decide it's a serious offense or if you have violated our rules before, we may terminate your account. Examples of content that violate these guidelines or the HarryPotter.com Terms of Use: Off-topic discussions. Explicit/vulgar/obscene language. Posting or referencing sexually explicit images or other offensive content. Racially or ethnically offensive content. Depictions of gratuitous violence. Material that defames, abuses, or threatens physical harm to others or oneself or otherwise contains illegal content. Discussions or incitement of illegal activity, such as how to build a bomb, counterfeit money, etc. Individually, identifiable information of a minor (any person under the age of 18), including, without limitation, any of the following: full name, home address, telephone number, picture or the name of their school. Examples of activities that violate these guidelines or HarryPotter.com Terms of Use: Soliciting for the exchange of sexually explicit images, and/or material harmful to minors including but not limited to any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer generated image or picture (actual or simulated). Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or doing anything else to a board member that is unwanted. Offering for sale products or services. Infringing anyone else's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights. Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors Posting of sponsorships, ads, and banners. Impersonating or representing HarryPotter.com or Warner Bros. staff, or community leaders. Linking to content not allowed under these guidelines or under the HarryPotter.com Terms of Use. Solicitation of an AIM member's password. Harvesting of screen names. Spamming of boards, board members, folders, and search engines. Requesting personal or other information from a minor (any person under the age of 18), including, without limitation, any of the following: full name, home address, telephone number, picture, or the name of their school. Note: Posting to a board using a screen name that is in violation of these guidelines and/or the HarryPotter.com Terms of Use is prohibited. Bear in mind that these Message Boards are "public," and other users will have access to your posted material and might copy, modify or distribute it. By submitting or posting content here, you are representing that you are the owner of such material or have authorization to distribute it. Once you post content in these Message Boards, you expressly grant HarryPotter.com the complete right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, etc. the content in any form, anywhere.
