What's a Time-Turner™? How does it work?
In the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie, Hermione used the Time-Turner™ clock ("Time-Turner™") to turn back time. Now you can use the Time-Turner™ to turn back time and get another sweepstakes entry. Entrants cannot use the Time-Turner™ on Day 1 (the very first day of the sweepstakes, November 8th). Beginning on Day 2, after entering for the Grand Prize that day, entrants may click on the Time-Turner™ and obtain 1 additional entry each day. This additional entry can be used as an entry for any prior Day's Daily Prize drawing, for a total of 31 possible Daily Prize Entries. The Time-Turner™ may only be used for additional entries for the Daily Prizes. You may not use the Time-Turner™ after November 23, 2004.
How many times can I enter?
Entrants may enter once a day for the Grand Prize, for a total of 16 possible Grand Prize entries. Each Entry for the Grand Prize also automatically enters entrants for a chance to win that day's Daily Prize.
Beginning on Day 2, entrants may use the Time-Turner™ to obtain additional daily sweepstakes prize entries. The Time-Turner™ can only be used once per day to enter any prior day's Daily Prize drawing. Entrants can have a total of 31 possibly Daily Prize entries.
Where do I find the Time-Turner™?
Beginning on Day 2, after entering for the Grand Prize that day, the Time-Turner™ will appear. You will be able to click on the Time-Turner™ to obtain 1 additional entry for that day. You may not use the Time-Turner™ after November 23, 2004.
How do I use the Time-Turner™?
Click on the Time-Turner™ and you will be asked to select which day (either today or in the past) you would like to receive an additional sweepstakes entry.
What's the Daily Prize?
The Daily Prize varies depending on the day of the sweepstakes. Daily Prizes range from a Global Position System, Noble Collection™ gift certificates and Game Boy Advance SP™ prize packages, to EA® video game prize packages, Artbox™ trading cards packages and Lego® toys prize packages.
How do I get more Grand Prize entries?
Entrants may enter once a day for the Grand Prize, for a total of 16 possible Grand Prize entries.
The Time-Turner™ won't let me enter anymore. Why?
You may only use the Time-Turner™ once per day. After you've used it for the day, you will not be permitted to use it again until the next day.

Do I need a Member ID and password to enter the sweeps?
Yes. In order for us to track your entries, we need both your screen name and password in order for you to participate in the Time-Turner™ activity.
I tried to enter today but I got a message telling me I couldn't. Why?
You may receive error messages if you've already entered the sweepstakes today. If you have not yet entered for the day, please try refreshing the entry page, or closing your browser and launching the sweepstakes page again. You may also want to re-start your computer. If problems persist, please email customerservice@harrypotter.com.
How long does the sweepstakes last?
This sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") November 8, 2004 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST November 23, 2004.
How old do I need to be to enter the Sweepstakes?
This Sweepstakes is open to users who are seven (7) to seventeen (17) years of age as of November 7, 2004.
How old do I need to be to win the Grand Prize?
This Sweepstakes is open to users who are seven (7) to seventeen (17) years of age as of November 7, 2004. Any user within that age range may win the Grand Prize.
I am not a resident of Japan, Canada or the U.S. Can I enter?
No. Unfortunately, this Sweepstakes is only being offered in the U.S., Japan, and Canada.

How many prizes will be awarded in total?
There will be one grand prize winner and eighty daily prize winners each in the US.
When will winners be notified?
Winners will be selected shortly after the sweepstakes ends, in a random drawing on or about December 8 , 2004. Be sure to check your email frequently to see if you are a winner!
How will I know if I've won?
Winners will be notified by email. You will then have 5 days to respond back to us; if you don't respond in those 5 days, you will be considered ineligible and a new winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
If your email account has a "white list," please place harrypottersweeps@wb.com on that list so it is distinguished from spam email.
How many people can go to the J.K. Rowling meeting?
Warner Bros. will sponsor a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and 3 guests. Restrictions may apply, please see Official Rules.
